Scottish Running Expo

What's On
The Scottish Running Expo will feature two days of talks, panel discussions and live sessions with athletes, founders and industry voices. Expect conversations covering training, injury, brand building and the business of running, alongside run club meet-ups, interactive brand activations, product trials and unique on-floor sessions designed to keep the energy moving throughout the weekend.
Talks and Speakers

Talks and Speakers brings the Scottish Running Expo to life across both days, with a full programme of live conversations, panels and guest sessions. Expect a mix of elite athletes, coaches, creators and industry experts, covering everything from training and racing to mindset, nutrition, recovery and building a life around running.
Brands & Stalls

Brands and stalls will form the core of the Scottish Running Expo, bringing together a wide mix of running, fitness and lifestyle companies from across the UK and beyond. From footwear and apparel to nutrition, recovery and training tools, this is your chance to discover new products, meet the people behind the brands, and shop directly in a high-energy retail environment built specifically for runners.
Travelator

Think you can keep up with world-record marathon pace? To match the fastest ever marathon performance, you’d need to run every 400m lap in around 69 seconds and hold that speed for the full 42.2km. That’s roughly 4 minutes 30 seconds per mile for 26.2 miles straight. It’s a powerful reminder of just how extraordinary elite marathon running really is and a fun way to put your own pace into perspective.
Games Area + Kids Area

Alongside the main expo floor, we’ll have dedicated Kids and Games areas designed to make the weekend fun for everyone. The Kids Area will offer a safe, engaging space where younger runners and future athletes can get involved, move around and enjoy interactive activities. Our Games Area will bring a lighter, competitive edge to the weekend, with challenges and experiences that let visitors test their speed, skill and reactions in a relaxed, social setting. It’s all about creating an event that works for families, clubs and friendship groups, not just individuals.
Running Track

We’ll also have a dedicated running track built into the expo floor, giving visitors the chance to properly test new shoes and gear in a live environment rather than just trying them on at a stand. It’s a space to feel the difference, compare models and make confident buying decisions.
Food Hall

Our Food Hall will be serving up a range of fresh, healthy options designed with runners in mind. From acai bowls and protein pots to wholesome hot meals and grab-and-go snacks, you’ll find plenty of fuel to keep you going throughout the weekend. With a curated mix of vendors focused on quality ingredients and performance-friendly choices, it’s the perfect place to refuel between talks, shopping and meet-ups.
Movement as Method
Join artist Claudine O’Sullivan for a series of guided sessions exploring the connection between running and creativity.
Each session begins with a steady, small-group run through the local area. Participants then return to translate the experience into bold, structured mark-making using simple materials and clear constraints.
These sessions explore how movement sharpens focus, heightens awareness and reshapes the way we see. No artistic experience is required, only curiosity and a willingness to move.
Running comes first.
Making follows.

Mindset for Runners

Join Glasgow-based Sport Psychologist Brad Fullarton for a practical mindset workshop built specifically for runners. This session covers confidence, focus, managing race-day nerves, and how to stay mentally strong when training gets tough. Expect real tools you can use straight away, plus time for Q&A at the end.
